I call my column 'Food For Thought' because I'm always thinking about food. I read and watch everything I can about food and am interested in food trends, movements and policies. As the parent of a peanut-allergic son, balancing a busy schedule with the desire to get fresh, healthy food on the table is a daily challenge.
