 Cod with Salsa Verde

4 Fresh Cod (or other flaky white fish, like haddock or hake) filets, 6-8 ounces per serving

1 – 1 ½ Cups Salsa Verde (click to be directed to recipe)

About 1 Tablespoon olive oil

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush a glass baking dish with olive oil. Spread about half of the salsa verde in the baking dish. Place fish filets on top of the salsa verde and top with remaining salsa. Bake 15 minutes.
